Project Management
Pre-construction & Construction Management Oversight
With decades of experience in the building industry, WESAT offers the supervision and guidance required to keep deadlines and goals met.
Construction Management
Superior construction management necessitates the most advanced understanding of every single job. For this reason, WESAT assigns specialised project managers and site supervisors to each project. Over the years, we’ve discovered that having key personnel involved in our projects from the beginning to the end improves efficiency and establishes open lines of communication with the whole construction team. WESAT makes an effort to thoroughly educate the construction team on changes in field work schedules, budget, and information. Weekly meetings and daily supervision from the office to our field operators help achieve this. It’s not simply a builder you’re hiring when you work with WESAT; you’re hiring a full-service construction management team.
Professionalism and experience lead to safety. Tradespeople may carry out their task with minimum danger and in accordance with OSHA 1926 regulations when a project is organised and clean. Furthermore, should it become necessary, WESAT will implement any client safety requirements beyond OSHA 1926.
From the final painting step to the compaction of the gravel, quality control is a continuous process. WESAT does this by doing fieldwork documentation and inspections consistently during the course of the projects. In addition to creating project files, we also store daily reports, photos, fieldwork, and other onsite testing.

Field Operations
WESAT creates and keeps orderly, spotless construction sites, allowing our employees to operate efficiently and without hindrance. Systems that are installed mechanically, electrically, and plumbingly in the correct order perform as intended even under the tightest installation guidelines. By reducing the need for rework and enabling the installation of finishes, this maximises the client’s investment’s quality and longevity.
Value and Phasing
In order to facilitate the design team’s review process, WESAT will supply precise estimates and suggest material alternatives based on availability, value, and/or quality. Subcontractors will be chosen and kept on the basis of their professionalism, dependability, and capacity to work in a shared facility. In order to maximise onsite output, a master construction timetable will be created that connects all required phases in the most logical and sequential order.
Schedule
The client’s schedule is crucial, but it’s also essential to our business’s ongoing success. Weeks prior to construction, WESAT provides schedules, putting our subcontractors in a good position. Our construction crew puts out a lot of effort from punch list to design/development to guarantee that every project is finished on schedule.
